We’re sorry. Currently, the Fasttrack service is only available at international airports in Vietnam. It is not applicable at land border crossings or seaports.

3. Can I register for the VIP Fasttrack service after arriving at the airport in Vietnam?

The VIP Fasttrack service must be pre-registered so we can submit your information to the airport authorities. Therefore, we require confirmation at least 12 hours before your flight arrives in Vietnam. If you have not booked in advance, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide the service once your flight has landed.

4. Is the VIP Fasttrack service mandatory?

No. This is an optional service and not required by the Vietnamese government. You are free to go through immigration on your own if you prefer.

5. How can I recognize your staff at the airport?

To make it easier for you to identify our employees, we will give you a photo of the welcome sign (soft copy) via email or WhatsApp once you confirm the service and provide your flight details. In front of the immigration section, our staff will be waiting for you with a sign that either has your name on it or, if you have requested a bespoke code, a code.

• Only our pre-assigned staff will carry the official welcome sign that includes your information and our company’s logo. Anyone not holding the correct sign, or holding a sign that does not match the sample we sent you in advance, is not affiliated with us.

6. Can I cancel or change the service?

• If you “haven’t made a payment” yet, you can cancel the service anytime.
• However, once “payment is complete” and the service is “successfully booked”, no refund will be issued.
• If your “flight is canceled”, you must send a cancellation request to info@rushvietnamvisa.com  at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure time. If not, the service will be considered non-refundable and non-changeable.
