My flight departs in 1 hour. Is there any way to obtain an e-Visa in time?

What is your refund policy if I do not receive my e-Visa in time?
Refund Policy: Our service fee is non-refundable. However, you may be eligible for a refund of the expedited processing fee under the following conditions:
- Same-day service: Request submitted before 08:00 AM (Mon–Fri) and no visa received by 6:30 PM same day.
- 1 working day service: Request submitted before 08:00 AM (Mon–Fri) and no visa received by 6:30 PM next business day.
- 2 working day service: Request submitted before 08:00 AM (Mon–Fri) and no visa received by 6:30 PM after two business days.
- 3 working day service: Request submitted before 08:00 AM (Mon–Fri) and no visa received by 6:30 PM after three business days.
Is the US$25 government e-Visa fee included in your service fee?
No. Our service fee covers the expedited processing only. Applicants must still pay the mandatory US$25 government fee on the official e-Visa website to complete the application.
What is the latest time to submit an expedited request to get my e-Visa same day?
For same-day expedited e-Visa service (within 4–8 working hours), the following time windows apply:
- Morning window: Submit before 08:00 AM Vietnam time to receive approval by 2:00 PM the same day.
- Afternoon window: Submit before 1:30 PM Vietnam time to receive approval by 6:30 PM the same day.
Note: Lunch hours from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM are excluded from working hours.
My flight is scheduled for today (Sunday). Is it possible to obtain an e-Visa in time to board my flight?
No. e-Visa applications are not processed on weekends. If your flight is scheduled for Sunday, it is advised that you reschedule to a later time on Monday or Tuesday when immigration offices resume normal processing operations.
Is same-day processing available for an emergency Vietnam e-Visa?
Yes. Emergency e-Visa processing is available within 4–8 working hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding lunch hours from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM.
Is an airport fast-track service available for emergency visa processing?
No. At this time, fast-track or express airport services are not available for e-Visa applications. All expedited processing must be completed online in advance.
Is the expedited Vietnam e-Visa processing service guaranteed to be delivered on time?
Please note that all estimated processing times are based on current timelines provided by the Vietnam Immigration Department. While our success rate exceeds 99%, expedited e-Visa approval is not guaranteed. We advise applicants to plan travel accordingly.
Is it possible to obtain a 3-month Vietnam e-Visa within 2 hours?
No. Emergency e-Visa services are only available for 1-month single-entry visas. Three-month visas require standard processing timelines.
Can I apply for an emergency e-Visa on a travel document?
No. A valid passport is required to apply for an emergency e-Visa. Travel documents or temporary travel certificates are not accepted for e-Visa applications.
What is the standard processing time for a Vietnam e-Visa?
The standard processing time for a Vietnam e-Visa is typically 3–10 working days, depending on document completeness, nationality, and visa type. It is recommended to apply at least 2–3 weeks in advance (but no more than 6 months before travel) to avoid delays.
