Frequently asked questions, answered
I’ve received my e-Visa; is it acceptable to present it on my mobile phone at immigration?
In certain urgent situations, presenting your e-Visa on a mobile phone may be accepted by airline or immigration officers. However, we strongly recommend printing a hard copy of your e-Visa before travel to avoid potential issues during entry procedures.
My e-Visa status shows as “approved,” but I haven’t received it via email yet. What should I do?
If your application status shows “approved,” the e-Visa has already been sent to your email. Please verify that the email address you provided is correct and check your spam or junk folders. If you still cannot locate the e-Visa, kindly contact our support team at info@rushvietnamvisa.com for assistance in resending the document.
