- Portrait photo (You can take a selfie using your phone)
- Passport copy
- Flight information (Flight number and date of entry into Vietnam)

Absolute must if there is anything wrong with your visa and you need a new one (f.e. Because of name issues). Makes up on promises, is very clear and response time is immediately. Communication goed through Whatsapp (for emergencies) but this is definitely trustable.

I contacted Ms Daisy after a search online and reading great reviews. I applied for my e-visa a little too late and didn’t realize the immigration offices were closed for public holiday. I was arriving in a few days and needed assistance to obtain approval to enter the country. The price for the pre-approval letter was fair and communication was great! I woke up the next day with my pre-approval letter in my email and I successfully entered the country last night. There were numerous people who approached the visa desk that didn’t have the pre-approval letter and they were not allowed in or offered any help.
