When Vietnam Temporary Residence Card is about to expired, The Residence Card holder must bring their card to present at Vietnam Immigration Department of the province, city directly under the Central Government, when presenting he/she must show Vietnam Temporary Residence card and submit photos to change for new card.
In case his/ her Vietnam Working permit have valid, he/ she can go ahead to change or extend his/ her Temporary Residence Card.
In case his/ her Vietnam Working permit will be expired, please extend or update your new working permit before apply to change a new Temporary Residence Card.
