if I wish to start a business and have permanent residency there what must I do please?

In Resident card, Asked by Marcel, Wednesday, February 08,2012Dear Marcel,
If you do a business in Vietnam and you are the investor or owner of this business (your name in the license is the investor), you can obtain a Vietnam temporary resident card for 3 years without Vietnam working permit. If you are not the investor, you should apply for getting the work permit like your other staff.
